The purpose of this exploratory and descriptive research is to evaluate a representative sample reference lists the selected dissertation in field Management Pakistan by using citation analysis methods, patterns evaluation on modified, validated objective Tunon & Brydges rubric. Furthermore, was divided into two lusters compare mean impact factors see if quality dissertations general improving over time.
